Anna Ramey - "Iris 1.2 " - Interactive Video Projection

April 28th - May 12th 2006 - In conjunction with the Hyper-Action art show.

Anna Ramey is a recent graduate of the College of Santa Fe Moving Image Arts department. "Iris 1.2", her second installation, is an exploration into the ability of the video image to manipulate and evoke. Iris, a female in life-size video projection, responds to the movement before her of the installation's spectator, who, in turn, faces the challenge of how their actions can govern, affect or cease Iris' emotions.
